General recommendations

Rotary pressure joint - precision-made piece of equipment, which must be treated accordingly. The tightness between the rotating part (rotor) and a stationary part (stator) mainly depends on the mechanical seal sliding. Improper use can cause leaks or damage connections. Despite the fact that all the rotary joints - a high quality product, the use is not according to the instructions may result in their rapid failure. In the case of wear caulking needs to be replaced or repaired immediately.

Never use the "leakage" joint!

Joints should not be used in operating conditions, which differ from the data contained in the catalog. It is strictly forbidden to use the joint for the supply of hydrocarbons and other flammable fluids, because a leak can cause fire or explosion. The use of our products is strictly forbidden for aggressive or corrosive environments without the permission of the company. For special occasions, the company can provide general information on the use of which will not include instructions for installation and technical support connections. Buyers must read the instructions and follow them strictly.

Lubricant and service:
Depending on the series and working conditions all joints are lubricated for life or have to be lubricated through strictly defined intervals.

Filtration:
Seal life also depends on an environment filtration that is important for normal work of joint. We recommend the minimum level of a filtration 60rt. It is also necessary to adhere strictly to other requirements for installation and service.

Factory testing:
All joints before sending pass test under pressure. This check guarantees that each joint is ready to work and in most cases, is installed without additional clarifications.

Warranty:
When receiving the goods, the buyer must check the joint and in the case of obvious defects, inform in writing within 2 weeks. Hidden defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. The warranty is void in the event of unauthorized operation or misuse. In all other cases, our standard terms and conditions apply.

Repair and service of rotary joints:
Use only original spare parts for repair of joints. Most rotary joints can be repaired on the place with use of repair kits. In a case, repair of joints at the plant the buyer obtains the same guarantee, as on new joint.

Installation without load of joint:
In case of joint installation special attention should be paid on connection of flexible hoses - they shan't create load of connection. The request to pay attention to our management on installation.

Guide of rotary joint installation

1. Secure the rear of the compound in a vise to install hose connections. At two-line connection establish a knee and also twirl connections.

2. After connection of hoses, set connection on the equipment. When mounting observe centering.

3. Connect pipelines for giving and branch. Control flexibility of hoses, avoiding excesses! Make sure that flexibility remains with a working pressure and temperature. Don't connect connection directly to pipelines!

4. After installation be convinced of smoothness of the course by rotation "by hand".

5. Establish a hose with a bend, according to the direction of rotation.

Leave enough place between the rigid pipeline and rotary joint, use the corresponding length of flexible hoses to provide a smooth bend. The strong excess can cause a hose beating. If necessary use a knee - adapters.
