The lineup of vertical turbine electric pumps consists of 4 series, the versatility of the design allows us to apply a wide range of design solutions and use various materials to meet customer requirements.


VTC pump:
Single-stage or multi-stage centrifugal pumps with radial or radial-axial closed impellers designed for high-head operation.


Specifications:
- feed rate: up to 4000 m3/h;
- head: up to 380 m;
- temperature: up to 200°С.


Design features:
- outlet nozzle with an internal diameter of 10", or more;
- used for pumping liquids with high temperature;
- the shaft with an external flushing pipe is used, which is used when working with an abrasive medium;
- convenient system for centering sections of the column and easy assembly of the transmission shaft - reduces installation costs, simplifies maintenance and reduces downtime;
- transmission shaft made of AISI416 steel;
- the bushing provides a rigid connection between the two shafts;
- various materials are available for the manufacture of sliding bearings;
- removable shaft sleeves or carbide coating ensure its long service life;
- double wear rings for impellers and diffusers;
- wear surfaces with carbide coating are available to ensure a long service life;

VTM pump:
Single-stage centrifugal electric pumps with radial-axial half-open or closed impeller, designed for high flow, medium or high head.

- head: up to 70 m.

Pump VTG:
Vertical turbine electric pumps, with integrated gearbox, with shaft output at right angles to the electric pump axis. Are intended for work with various mechanical drives. Used mainly in places where there is no electricity.

Design features:
The pump part, consisting of the wheels of the working and diffusers, is designed to provide the heads and feeds required for the system, with the highest efficiency. The electric pumps of the VTP series can be multi-stage, which increases their versatility both at the initial choice of the electric pump and in case it is required to modify the electric pump in order to increase its power. During operation, the pump part is completely immersed in water, which allows the electric pump to be started without first filling.
A wide choice of materials allows choosing the most suitable electric pump for the most severe operating conditions. All models of VTP electric pumps meet the requirements of safety, efficiency, reliability and minimum maintenance costs.


Filter:
- AISI316 stainless steel mesh filter provides protection against the ingress of large particles into the pump part.


Suction pipe branch:
- ensures a smooth fluid penetration into the inlet of the impeller and reduces vortex formation;
- the inner part of the bell has an epoxy coating, made by spraying.


Suction bearing of suction nozzle:
- is made of wear-resistant material, ensures stability of shaft rotation.


Washer protective:
- prevents the entry of solid particles into the plain bearing.


VTA pump:
Single-stage electric pumps with axial impeller, designed for high feed and low head.

- flow: up to 20000 m3/h;
- head: up to 12 m.

- the shaft with an external flushing pipe is used, which is used when working with an abrasive medium;

- transmission shaft made of AISI416 steel;
- sleeve sleeve consisting of a coupling, locking rings, sealing rings, rigidly connects two shafts and is protected from corrosion;

Thrust bearing assembly:
- in the case of driving an electric pump from a vertical motor with a solid shaft, the axial load will be perceived by a thrust bearing in the upper part of the electric pump or a thrust bearing in the motor;
- two types of bearing units can be supplied for larger and smaller axial loads.


Wheel working:
- hydraulically and dynamically balanced, which reduces the axial and radial load, and increases the service life of bearings.


Electropump shaft:

- the electric pump shaft has an internal hole for washing the sliding bearings from mechanical particles.


Diffuser unit:
- it is made by a method of casting from various materials (on demand);
- the internal part of the diffuser has an epoxy coating, which increases the efficiency of the flow-through part of the electric pump and increases its service life;
- the mounting brackets ensure correct centering and easy maintenance.


Plain bearings:
- is installed at each stage to ensure a stable operation of the transmission shaft, regardless of the shaft speed.


Wear rings:
- wear rings are installed on closed impellers and diffuser units, which allows for repair to restore the original working clearances and ensure the parameters of the electric pump at minimum cost;
- carbide coating on the working surface of the ring provides a long service life;
- when the electric pump is operating, wear rings are washed with the pumped liquid from solid particles.


Key:
- wheels working on all models are rigidly fixed to the shaft with a key, which allows pumping liquids with a high temperature;
- keyed connection ensures ease of maintenance and reliable fixation in the event of a change in load or temperature of the pumped liquid.


Column flange:
- consists of sections made of a seamless pipe with flanges welded at the ends;
- mounting locks on the flanges for easy centering during assembly.


Transmission shaft and couplings sleeves:
Open transmission shaft:
- transmission shaft with grease lubrication of the fluid being pumped;
- removable bushing or carbide-coated shaft available;
- sleeve sleeve provides a rigid connection of the two shafts, it consists of a coupling, locking two rings, sealing rings.
Closed transmission shaft:
- The transmission shaft is protected by a flushing pipe, which is designed to flush the bearing and wear rings from a corrosive / abrasive medium.


Bearing support and transmission shaft bearing:

- depending on the operating conditions, bearings, slip can be made of different materials.


Pressure nozzle and adapter flange:
- the pressure nozzle and the flange of the transition motor are designed for all operating modes of various drives, including hollow or solid shaft motors, gears, vertical steam turbines, etc;
- The pressure nozzle is made in the form of a knee with a large radius, which reduces the hydraulic losses when feeding the liquid;
- large mounting windows provide easy access to the coupling and packing gland;
- at the request of the customer, it is possible to perform various versions of the branch pipe pressure for underground and ground feeding.


Thrust bearing:
- the thrust bearing assembly consists of a radial thrust bearing operating in an oil chamber;
- the system of water cooling of oil is provided, which ensures long-term operation of the bearing.


Sealing packing:
- if it is allowed to leak the stuffing box, and the outlet pressure does not exceed 21 bar, then an oil seal;
- to protect the shaft from wear, at the location of the gland packing, an additional sleeve is available.


Electropump clutch:
- the elastic coupling is rigidly fixed to the output end of the transmission shaft;
- different sizes of couplings are used depending on drive power;
- adjustment of a backlash between a wheel working and a diffuser is carried out by means of a nut established on the end of a shaft.
